This company gets it's work by paying the plumbers. I hired George Brazil to fix my hot water heater. Restoration HQ came out and did a terrible job. They even made my insurance company mad because of their poor quality work and excessive billing practices. They tried billing for things they didn't even do. I had to hire another company to come in and fix their terrible work.

The guys did a fantastic job and went above and beyond with their attention to detail, communication, and overall performance. The team the worked on my home was Tom u, Andrian, Dennis, Kevin, and Amro. I would use them again for certain.

Gateway is a top-notch restoration company. I've received nothing but good feedback from the clients who I have referred to Gateway - especially Phaedra Earhart who was instrumental in helping them along the way.
