The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Got in quick, cut the offending and water damaged areas out, and was out quick. Needed a couple of days to dry out, but they were in and out.

EHS was referred to me by my insurance company to handle an issue with the water supply hose in the master bathroom that burst and ruined the carpet in the master bedroom, the vanity area and the master closet. Their project manager Marissa was delightful to work with and the office personnel were great especially Kajlie who had to put up with my endless questions since I had never experienced this type of problem before. I had an issue with the insurance adjuster low balling the cost of the replacement carpet and Kajlie had a solution that turned out in my favor. Everyone I dealt from EHS with was prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of my existing furniture that had to be moved out so new carpet could be laid then put back. I had a pier unit that was a challenge to move but Jamie was great in getting it disassembled then put back together. Marissa had a challenge in matching the grout in the bathroom and when we thought we had a match, when it was beginning to be installed, Jamie quickly realized it wasn't a match at all. Marissa then got back to the insurance adjuster quickly to let him know the tile would need to be replaced too. Once approval was received Marissa found me a tile she thought would look good, found it in town and available and it was installed a couple of days before Christmas. Needless to say I'm very happy with my experience with all facets of EHS Restoration. I would highly recommend them!

Kowalski was the only company that did what they promised. Riley was so helpful and stayed with us the entire project. Kept us on track,on budget, and made sure everything was done to perfection.

Wyatt and Cayden were AMAZING!!!! They were above and beyond helpful in every way! My dishwasher flooded my kitchen and they were here in 30-45 minutes and took care of everything!! They were super friendly and stayed until the kitchen was clean, disinfected, and animal friendly until they can come back to handle the insurance adjuster. They helped me every step of this unfortunate process and Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone in need!!!

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying Adam and his team are incredible. I own a property management company where we manage about 125 properties. When you manage properties there's always something eventful happening in at least one of them. This week we had a property with what ended up being a slab leak. I had a contractor at the property earlier in the day and a slab leak was suspected. Further diagnostics were on the schedule to be done the next day. Around 10pm The Tenant called me after finding the bedroom and Garage soaked with water. Reluctant to call my usual restoration company because of some questionable practices lately, I reached out my contractor who was at the property earlier that day. He recommended Adam without hesitation so I gave him a shot. Not only did Adam answer the phone at 10:30pm, but he was at the property within the hour, found the area of the leak and began the drying process. He kept both myself and my contractor posted on his findings until he finally left the property around 2am. This included text messages and emails with photos of the property condition and approximate leak location. He has followed up With me everyday since just to see if I needed anything and how the repair was progresssing. Finding an honest, reliable, thorough restoration company is no easy task. We've been through more than our fair share of them. I can honestly say this has hands down been the best experience I've ever had with restoration company. Don't bother calling anyone else - these are your guys!
