Had water damage in my home, and they came out to help me. They were able to get the job done quickly, and they were very friendly when they came out to do it. I highly recommend them if you need any kind of restoration work done on your home!

I came home from a weekend trip and I had a ton of water flooding into my hallway from the laundry room. After talking with my insurance company they told me that I was going to need to use a water damage restoration company. They
suggested a couple companies, one of which was Square One Restoration. I spoke with Ryan and he sent his team out right away. Their customer service has been terrific, we used them for the dry out and reconstruction. Thanks for all your help!!!

I just want to thank Nick and his family for the great service they did at my home. I had a terrible situation with my kitchen sink and counter top but they were able to rectify and restore it with no problem. I want to thank them for being so professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.

My homeowners insurance hired them to assess damage from a water supply line that broke off a toilet. They did find and notify me of other, unrelated issues that I was going to have to fix so I was stressing about how I was going to pay for those.
They spent a lot of time measuring areas of the house that were not affected, which I told them were not.
Watch out for these people!! They do work for the insurance company. In the end, the insurance company denied the claim and left me to fix the damage out of my own pocket in addition to the unrelated issues.
I never saw the report or heard from this company again.
Wouldn’t recommend them to clean the city dump.

I had a little mishap and accidentally flooded my upstairs bedroom. It became pretty apparent that I couldn’t manage this by myself. I am so grateful to Phil and his team for all of their help! I don’t know how I would have managed this without them! I know that everything was done right. They paid such careful attention to detail and were very knowledgeable. I used Water Damage Scottsdale when my bathroom flooded. Bob, John, and Fedar worked hard to get everything cleaned up and were flexible with surprises that popped up (like carpet under the flooring I was unaware of). Jamie was great, too, and worked very hard removing all the equipment. They were all very accommodating to my work schedule, and we're respectful to me, my house, & pets. Thanks

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

My insurance company strongly suggested I used them since I insisted I wanted quality. Having dealt with water damage several years ago, working with substandard restoration companies is a total nightmare. However, this company was a pleasure to work with, and I’d be happy to use them again.

Hired AZ EC, Inc to remove old popcorn ceiling that tested positive for COVID. Just kidding, it tested positive for asbestos! Bryan was great to work with and his crew did a great job. The job was harder than expected and the team put in the work needed and the quote never changed.

We got what we wanted - no more popcorn ceiling and a clearance test saying we had no more asbestos.
