Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. Im disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways. They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasn't able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home as it was prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.
