How stressful is it to become aware of a gas leak and have Atmos turn off your gas service 2 days before Thanksgiving in an old house with gas everything (water heater, central heat, cooktop, oven...)?? The answer is A lot!
It lasted only until Roto-Rooter said they could have someone there the very next morning!!! They performed the testing and repairs needed during the same trip, with all parts and test equipment needed already in the truck.... and then made arrangements with the City for work inspection the very next business day! Way exceeded what I thought was realistically feasible.
The stress relieve gained from their responsiveness and the sense of professionalism was amongst the very best I have experienced with just about any contractor over many years. The fairness of the pricing in light of the service rendered was also just first class. I will tell all my friends to hire Roto-Rooter for any plumbing service need, and I am writing this review to let others know about it as well.

OMG!!!! MATT showed up 1st on a Saturday, fixed the problem with a smile and GREAT FRIENDLY DEMEANOR. HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG & REFUSED THE 1ST BORN!!!! I had to call him back on a totally unrelated issue today, he was here as quickly as possible (me not being his 1st call!) had us up & running clear in no time....HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG (by now I know better than to offer him another mouth to feed!) Nikki was amazing from start to finish! Fair pricing and very clear explanation of charges. We had leaks under our house that was causing major foundation issues. Nikki and team we able to figure out where the busted pipes where under the house and repair them! Fingers crossed that was the only issue with the foundation. Great, very kind team worked at our house for 2 full days! We will recommend Nikki to everyone!
