Because of TIOGA Plumbing, I now believe in Christmas Miracles. My hot water heater stopped working and since I had used TIOGA before (& really liked the work they did), I called them to take a look. Water heater is old but, I couldn’t afford to replace it. I told Clinton about how I needed to pay $4500 in taxes by Jan 31st, how my Dad passed away in September & I had to go back to work in order to keep the house so, I just couldn’t get a new water heater. I was stressing about the money just to have it Fixed. He told me he would be right back with some good news. Well, when he came back, he had removed all charges and voided the $750 down payment I gave him. Wade and Clinton are replacing my hot water heater right now and not charging me for anything. This is a Christmas Miracle ! These guys and this company are God sent. Besides being super honest, they are just wonderful people. I cannot express how thankful I am for them. It is.
