We called because we had a back up in our system... not only is that fixed, but he also helped with two other problems we had (a running toilet and low water pressure in a guest bath sink). I was expecting to spend twice as much as I actually did. I cannot explain how pleasantly surprised we were with Stacey. When we called, the lady asked us how we had found them. When we replied Google, she asked if we had seen the Google discount they were running. My husband said no and she proceeded to tell us that if we mention the Google discount, we would receive 10% off. She didn't have to tell us that. Great couple, great company.
