I don't know what has happened to this company. I've used them for many years for cleaning my drains once a year and for several plumbing jobs. Apparently they do not monitor what their plumbers do or what they charge. I've had fine plumbers in the past but the last couple of years I've noticed a difference. I just had them send someone to install a new sink and faucets in my bathroom. Some young guy showed up, spent 20 minutes here, put the sink in crooked and charged 427.00. I called the office and told them not to deposit the check as the job was not done. My favorite plumber, Mike, came out, installed it correctly and charged me 218.00, gave me back my other check. I don't seem to be able to impress on them that what these guys do, they do in the Roto Rooter name and it is hurting their business.

Ya'll, no other plumbing companies have listened and cared enough to get our drain completely cleared and functioning. It sounds simple, but it was near impossible! David has expertise that is unmatched, especially understanding older homes. He did not rush us during our appointment and thoroughly explained options that we've never heard from past companies who ripped us off.
