Best Drinking Water in Fort Worth TX
Terrible experience just now November 2nd 2020 at 4:30 p.m. I CALLED Friday October 30th 2020 and spoke with Carol, set up an appointment with Carol and I was guarantied confirmation call November 2nd for the time frame for them to come out Tuesday November 3rd.
I waited all day today and called at 4:30 p.m. to find out what happened for the phone call. She stated she was on a conference call! All day? She said was going to call me eventually! Then she said we can come out tomorrow 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.
I have to work to pay them $160.00 an hour for just coming out and me (customer) being the one calling them (business) to check on appointment. Customer has to re-arrange work schedule to accommodate their appointment (their schedule) with a less then a 24hr. notice. Then I said I was going to check because Im working. Carol called me back less than five minutes and asked. So do you want us to come out or not because I’m about to close here in a little bit and I need to know. So now I need hurry up and
Accommodate the business again. As a customer now you have to be the one accommodating them and pay them too.
I asked to speak to some one about this issue and the Owner gets on phone, to my surprise owner was just as bad as employee and told me to come on and make it short because she has other customer waiting! So now I’m also a burden to the business!
This is not how you do business! So you get what you pay for! So be ready to be the scheduler, coordinator, to be on their time, not your time... and pay them too!
and hoping you don’t get into an issue because their customer service from employee and Owner is horrible!
