John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

The bad news is I had numerous problems with American Home Shield trying to get a plumber to my house.The good news is my plumber, Cody, from SWAT did an amazing job. He’s polite, all around nice man, and knew what he was doing. Very efficient job.I would recommend SWAT to everyone. I hope I’m fortunate to have AHS assign me this company and plumber again. After some of the yahoos I’ve had in the past, I want only SWAT
