After arriving late, the plumber stated that, first, the job could not be done, then, that he couldn't do it without cutting holes in our kitchen cabinets, and finally stated that he could do the job for an additional cost. After we decided that he might not be the best person to complete this installation, he stated that he did not want to install the microwave.then denied making that statement after speaking to Lowes CPO.
