Ryan's service was exemplary. He provided all the information we needed to replace the old crumbling water heater with a new Rinnai tankless water heater. He was thorough with the installation and provided us with information to update some of our older plumbing. I highly recommend Dr Drain for your plumbing needs.

I had a leaking water pressure regulator and a broken main water valve. The technician (Jason) came and did a through and excellent job. He was very professional, friendly and patient, answered all my questions and checked all the things I asked him to. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again!
