My experience with Royal Touch Company and JP has been fantastic. He was referred to me by an associate for home repairs and I could not have been more pleased with his service. The major jobs he completed in my personal home was repairing tile and repairing subfloor. I had an additional list of small projects and JP completed them quickly, completely, and professionally. His pricing is great for the quality of work he provides. As a realtor, it is also important to be able to refer someone with integrity to my clients and JP fits the bill!

Unreliable and shady is an understatement.They came out to quote our project at our new house for removing popcorn ceilings and painting the ceilings. We had an agreed upon amount of $2,100 paying $850 for an initial deposit.After delaying and procrastinating they finally got started. As we were set to move in, thinking they were close to done we soon realized they weren’t even close and next to none of my ceilings were painted. After bringing up all this we were met with nothing but excuses. After asking when they would come back, they asked for another payment of $600! We informed them they would get the final payment when the job was DONE! Once they heard that the decided not to finish the job, and came and grab all their stuff and moved on to the next project. They easily would have taken this amount and run! After being left high and dry, we now have to have PROFESSIONAL painters come out to clean up their mess. One painter took a look and said this is one of the worst jobs he has ever seen. Do not recommend to anyone!

Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.

They were quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I would definitely hire them again.

Please do not use this company. I cannot comment on the technicians, but the receptionist named Tammy cannot communicate and was so incompetent that I ended up telling the technician not to bother to start the job.
