Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

It is nice to work with a company that delivers great service at a good price. I had my main waterline from the road to the house replaced last December and CK's quoted the best price and seemed like they would be good to work with. Turns out they were great. So when the sewer line backed up at 4:30pm on the 5th of July they were the first ones I called. They were able to have Sean here at 9am on the 6th and he knew exactly where to start. He was very professional and after snaking 90 ft of line finally hit a clump of roots and everything opened up. Since Sean and Anthony were so nice I asked about, and had them video the line to look for the problem. At 90ft he found roots penetrating the line where it empties at the tap in the street. The rest of the line was clear which give me the piece of mind to know if this happens again exactly who I will be calling. Since I have used them 2 times in a year and both times have been excellent service at a very reasonable price I don't have any problem recommending them to anyone that needs some plumbing done.

Replaced my hot water heater (and all the other things needed when the old one wanted to develop a rust hole and become a fountain). Did it efficiently and quickly, very professional. Used them again to change out bathroom faucets and will be using them when I get ready to do the other bathrooms.
