All of our carbon monoxide monitor(s) went off at 3:00 a.m. last week. We immediately turned off all of the propane lines to the house. The next morning, we contacted AK Clearwater after a friend's referral. After detailing the problems, they immediately sent someone to our residence. After several minutes, the problem was solved - the original installer (NOT AK Clearwater - original installer had left the state) had not installed the correct orifice for propane. The proper orifice was subsequently installed, and we now feel safe in our home again. We are very pleased with their prompt response and professionalism.
