Almost every sink in my house was clogged and backing up and they were able to send somebody out and assess what the problem was. It turns out I had roots growing into the pipes! B and B did a great job installing an expansion tank to for my new water heater. I was having issues with my t and p valve and I didn’t know what the issue was and I couldn’t use my new water heater. I called two other local plumbers during my search who wanted to book an appointment two days later, no thanks I need a hot shower today. Thank you to all the staff that helped us the same day to get a hot shower.

The guy's from J's Plumbing made an appointment to come right away, I think by adding me to what must have been an already full day, got to my house, and got right to work. They we friendly and informative, but more importantly, they were just really good at what they do. They made both of the repairs I needed them to make, not just fixing what needed to be fixed, but improving them in the process. For example, I needed them to cap an old gas line, which they did. But rather than just putting a plug in, they saw a way to do it so that it would be much less likely their would be a leak in the future. And I will have to say, their prices were far and away better than other plumbers I contacted. I will have them back the next time I have a plumbing issue.
