Charlie and his son picked up their phone immediately, arrived at our house within an hour, made a short-term fix to ensure no further water damage would seep into our house, and gave us an honest assessment and fair quote for a new water heater. They were out the next day (a Saturday!) with a new water heater, which they had installed into our tight basement within two hours!
