Was not happy with communication of Tipping Hat. First appointment was a no show. Was told they would be arriving by 10:00 - 12:00. Second appointment was made I was told I would be notified before arrival. 8:00 - 11:00. No call or text had to jump out of the shower to answer door. Slow dripping shower head was diagnosed. Tipping hat gave me an estimate of $700 to change cartridge or an option of $7000 to replace entire shower fixture to Delta with a panel backing to re-do. I simply took cartridge out and replaced O rings, used silicone lubricant and stopped the leak. Total cost from Amazon $22.75 includes shipping. I do not like being overcharged. Don’t recommend Tipping Hat. Unless you can spend lots of money 💰.
