We recently had a new hot water heater installed by Jeremy Brown of Water Heaters Only. He did a great job! He arrived on the same day that our old unit went down and finished in a few hours. Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.
