Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. A representative called about 30 minutes before he showed up to say he was on the way. Could not be happier. My family can use the bathroom and take showers without any problems now.
