This is the second time we have used their services (an leak in the main clean out and a total re-route) and I have been completely satisfied both times. A pipe broke in the garage during the recent freeze and RC’s technician Dan was here the next day. Other companies said 2-5 days. Dan explained what needed to be done every step of the way and did the emergency repairs as quickly as he could to get our water back on. There are a few more things to Fido including an inspection to look for any more breaks. He and the office communicated regularly to keep me up on each step. If only the other issues I’ve faced could be handled as efficiently and professionally as this has been.

I called ABC plumbing when they opened on Monday Aug 14th to set up an appointment that day for a clogged pipe. I was given a wide scheduling window from that morning to 6pm. I took leave from work to accommodate this window. At 3pm I called to check on the status of my appointment and was assured the plumber would be here by 6pm. At 5:40pm I called again to check the status only this time I was told my appointment was for the following day. Obviously there was a screwup on their part and after some discussion they agreed to send someone out to my home but we’re gonna charge me a $139 after hours fee. I wanted the fee waived since it was their screwup. I was told they couldn’t waive the fee but would be happy to send someone out tomorrow. I was so livid I had to hang up the phone before I started cussing out this woman. But my wife had no problem calling them. They waived the $139 fee but by this point we were done. I wasted time and money waiting for these people. I would not recommend this company except to my enemies.
