First I had an appointment for Someone from CHM come out and quote installation of an exterior door and screen door. The morning someone was suppose to come out, John called and indicated the person had an emergency. We discussed the work and John gave me a verbal cost. I liked the cost and asked about some interior door installation. He asked me to send pics which I did, price came in higher than I expected. When I asked him to just do the exterior doors, he said he couldn't do the work for the price we discussed.
