We reached out to them, and they were able to send a technician out to us within hours.The issue, caused by a well known, common faulty part from the manufacturer, was covered under our original warranty. The kind professionals at Gorjanc reached out to the manufacturer (Reem), anddemanded that a new part be sent to us. Rather than wait the standard 5-10 day turnaround time, Gorjanc was able to get us the new part 3 days later.Upon receiving the part, we reached out to our original plumbing company. Despite not having hot water for 6 days already, they told us that we would have to wait another 5 days before someone would come look. With that worthless information, we reached back out to Gorjanc.Once again, we had technicians to our house within 2.5 hours. They were able to tell us that once again Reem had sent a faulty part. Reem's response? Oh sorry about that. Gorjanc's technicians were kind enough to provide a discounted rate on a new install immediately.Their professionalism, timely response, and immediate call to action was so appreciated and a huge relief. We now have fabulous hot water, and will never go anywhere else for service.
