Our bathtub drain pipe, which was embedded in concrete above our dining room, burst. We were told that we would need to jackhammer our bathroom floor out to get to it. Then Eric arrived, and knew how to get to the pipe from below. It took him two days, when we feared it may take several weeks. He was great and did the job in the time and at the same cost as he initially quoted. We went from having a very bad accident to a very positive experience. Thanks, Eric!

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. Stay away from this guy! Called at 5:00 said he would be an hour 7:45 finally called him and didn't even care he lost the job!

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
