Best Slab Leaks in Cincinnati OH

I had some water jetting performed by Nick at Midwestern Plumbing and he was very professional and explained everything in way which made me feel comfortable and confident in the service I was getting. Thanks Nick!

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Brandt is personable, professional, and very good at what he does! We had an intense leak beneath our basement floor and based on his outstanding Google reviews, we called Reliable Leak Detection. Brandt located the leak and said that he didn't want to verify it by drilling because he thought the leak was spraying directly up towards the slab and if he drilled, we would have an extremely flooded basement. The plumber is here today. They jack hammered through the slab and found the leak exactly where Brandt said it would be AND it was spraying directly up, as he predicted. However, as the hours turned into days, I began to grow increasingly agitated. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but to no avail. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.

What disappoints me the most is the lack of professionalism displayed by A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive updates regarding the status of my service request. Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed. Their failure to do so demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' needs and a lack of basic customer service etiquette.

I strongly advise anyone in need of plumbing services to steer clear of A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. Their unresponsiveness and lack of communication have caused me significant frustration, inconvenience, and financial losses. There are numerous other plumbing services in the area that prioritize their customers and deliver the service they promise.

I sincerely hope that A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their communication practices.
