Best Repair Slab Leaks in Cincinnati OH

These guys are great. I have used them many times for various issues over the past few years. They are responsive, friendly and affordable. I do not plan on shopping for a plumber anytime soon as I have one.

Brandt is personable, professional, and very good at what he does! We had an intense leak beneath our basement floor and based on his outstanding Google reviews, we called Reliable Leak Detection. Brandt located the leak and said that he didn't want to verify it by drilling because he thought the leak was spraying directly up towards the slab and if he drilled, we would have an extremely flooded basement. The plumber is here today. They jack hammered through the slab and found the leak exactly where Brandt said it would be AND it was spraying directly up, as he predicted. Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
