We called Joe Garcia with Above and Beyond Drains and Pluming when a previous plumber left us with a leak on a Friday night. Despite the after hours request, he came in a timely manner. My husband and I have been tirelessly working to find someone who could help us solve our kitchen sink draining issue. We had plumbers at our house all day yesterday from another company who told us our pipe is broken and they will need to dig up our kitchen flooring to install new pipes. Thank GOD we called Perry Plumbing & Pipelining for a second opinion and got Danny & Adrian. These guys are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem within two hours and were able to fix the problem within a few hours after that. Turns out our pipes are not broken, although they do have a few cracks in them. They got our sink draining again and offered us options to fix the cracks in the pipe WITHOUT tearing up our kitchen. Not to mention they are very affordable considering the great work they do. Leo did a great job replacing a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal as well as all the pipes under the sink for a very reasonable price. He gave a written estimate before the work began and kept me in the loop as he did the job. He texted me 15 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated, and after the work was completed, he emailed an invoice along with pictures of the completed work for my records. His business practices are very thorough and professional - I will definitely use him in the future for my plumbing needs.

My experience was very disappointing. My understanding was the estimate / determination of the Water Leak was free. Technician looked at the ceiling and all the interior walls, before he would look at the exterior wall, where we leak was coming from, he refused to proceed without $225.00. - how can you provide a FREE estimate if you are unsure of what needs to be done?
