Had a busted pipe that was leaking to another unit. He came out quick and saved the day. Very honest and reliable. Alert Plumbing makes you feel like your emergency or needs are their priority. Don’t make a mistake in not calling Alert Plumbing with any of your plumbing needs. They make you feel like family is taking caring of you. They have YOUR best interest. We hope to NEVER need their services again BUT if we do Alert Plumbing will be who we will be calling!

So, I'd meant to call a plumber all day today, and looked up and it was 4:45 pm. Hurried up and did a Google search and after scanning results, ended up with two I wanted to call. The first one was a company that I called and got a voice mail. The Yelp page said they typically respond in 4 hours. I left a message. Next one I clicked, was American Plumbing. Charlie was the owner, and it mentioned he could help my drain problem.

Even though it said his hours were til 5 pm, I called anyway, thinking I would just set something up for tomorrow. Charlie actually answered, and when I inquired about making an appointment for tomorrow, he said I'm still working today!. He asked where I lived, and I told him. He laughed and said I'm right around the corner from you now, I can be there in 15 minutes! (I was in disbelief). So I told him to come on when he was done.

He did, and fixed this drain that had given us the biggest headache for a while now, in about 15 minutes. He also gave me advice on how to keep it clear. We're now enjoying our newly cleared drain..Thanks Charlie!
