Joe was great! Very professional and he had no issue with me hanging out to check out what the issue I was having with my plumbing definitely would recommend them! They went above and beyond and cleaned up afterwards like they were even there Lol definitely would recommend them I have their number saved in my contacts for any future issues.

Not long after moving into a new house, the first time we did laundry, water started backing up into the bathroom showers and toilets. Needless to say this was horrifying and a major problem.

Tried to go through our home warranty to get it fixed, but that was a joke. Ended up calling Perry Plumbing at our realtor's recommendation. They sent someone out the next day to take a look. He was on time, professional, and very straightforward about what was needed, and how he would handle it if it were his home. This lead to us having them replace/repair some plumbing work that had been done during our home's remodel by unlicensed plumbers, but they knew exactly what to do to fix the issues. Additionally, they quoted us for having our mainline (which was still cast iron) relined with epoxy to extend it's life. They were very patient with us, answering all our questions, going back over the information again where needed, and seemed to be really honest and genuine people.

All the repairs took place over the course of a couple weeks (the pipelining had to be scheduled a few weeks out), but they got us up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. They even humored me by letting me crawl under the house with them once finished to see what they had repaired and where.

Nathan, one of the managers was excellent, but honestly the whole crew (we had probably 5-6 different workers over the two projects) was stellar. I was very impressed by their courtesy and punctuality, and their work ethic!

I would absolutely recommend them, and will certainly call them in future should we have any plumbing needs (but let's hope not!).

Jose showed up. Was a ninja. I was able to manage video teleconferences as he handled the job like a pro. He was able to access this building downtown without the usual drama I hear from people doing other jobs. 100% solid professional on time..could not have asked for more. Will call again.

Just moved into my new home. Needed the water heater turned on and called True Value plumbing. They sent Chris within an hour and had the water heater up and running. He was great and did a whole check of entire home valves. Great experience! Definitely recommend!

After the appointment was set, I received a text reminder with the information about who and when a technician would be out to my home. First impression was truck and uniformed plumber, Chris, both looked top notch. Chris was also very polite. Most importantly, I received professional service and a quality, brand water heater for an excellent price. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.
