Making me wait all day for a simple repair job, the guys said “need to go get some parts” that’s code for going to lunch! Be back shortly! Shortly is 15 minutes to me 2 hours is shortly to him! Plumbing is a mess to fix but they could try and do the job as quickly as possible instead of wasting my time making me sit and wait because they can’t get the job done! I would not recommend Perry to my friends only to someone I didn’t like!
