I was on the side of the road on the 94 freeway with a flat for awhile and nobody would stop to help. Your technician pulled over behind me without thinking twice and asked if I needed help. I had never changed a tired before so in joy I said yes please! He jumped right to it and changed it so fast. He even asked if I needed anything else. I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. From the very beginning Edray was prompt in getting back to me, professional and very personable. So thankful for Coverall and the service provider Armando. I Had a pipe leak that had water coming down into my garage out of nowhere. We called around and everyone said an hour or more before they could show up, Coverall was there 20mins after the call!! They not only fixed but explained to us what happened and what cause the issue, (essentially really old pipes). He also noticed an issue with my water heater and fixed that for free!!! Such an amazing experience, great price and so pleased with the work. I have recommend them to all my friends and family and they have been very pleased as well. Thanks fellas!!

In order to clear our main drain line Walter said they couldnt determine the problem unless we pay for installation of a two way clean out, or agree to a $2,000 two man jetting, neither of which would clear the line, just so they could determine the problem. All sell no fix. Sell sell sell. Not interested.

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.
