Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

Ali quickly responded to a call for a blocked sewer line. It was a much bigger job than expected, but he got us up and running. The second time was this last week. He and his crew came out and started on a Sunday and was finished on a Tuesday. Instead of Jack hammering out my Concrete slab to get to the pipes, they went underneath my home and replaced a 60 year old section of cast iron with new pipe. I’m so thankful that he once again responded to an immediate pipe failure and got us up and running.

I would never use this plumber. Their cost is twice as much. They would not discuss my options of using pex rather than copper and they would not explain why. I got specs from SDGE nad Steve told me SDGE did not know what they are doing. I beg to differ. Too much money. I always get three quotes. Don't over pay for plumbing. Bob the plumber is good, inexpensive and licensed. There system for getting quotes to you is outdated. They take too long to respond!

We initially called them to do a hydro-jetting service which was covered under their warrantee from the previous owner. We found out that there was a bigger issue with the main line and they brought the entire team, including the owner of the company, to assist with the issue. As new business owners, walking into something like this is extremely scary. Their care and diligence put us at ease and allowed us to continue to focus on the business while they took care of the plumbing issue.
