To begin, the technician was professional, efficient and friendly. I have no issue with the technician.I can only say do your research because I was charged $250 for less than one hour's worth of labor. The part was under warranty, so it was free but the labor was overpriced and I felt like I was being ripped off.I have no issue with efficiency, but this was far overpriced and I do not think I will use this company again. I really feel as though I was being ripped off because I didn't have the knowledge and now I'm stuck with them for the life of the water heater, which they also overcharged me for. Moreover, the part was installed originally only two years ago and turned out defective (?). It went bad only 2 years later. If it fails again, I'm going to be ripped off again because the warranty for labor is only 1 year.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
