Select source informed my wife and I that a technician would arrive between 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Miguel was promptly on time. During the installation process Miguel kept an open line of communication with us and was able to explain his whole installation process. After he was finished he walked both my wife and I through the process of flushing and maintaining our water softener and reversed osmosis system. We were fortunate to get somebody as knowledgeable and down to earth as Miguel as our installer. We will definitely be using his services in the future.

Finally, the bathtub water drains properly. After 4 different plumbing companys & 2 years later, the guys from 'Speedi Rooter'solved my problem in 20 minutes with a camera, snake and magnet to retrieve the culprit- a pair of nail clippers lodged in the pipe. The bathtub H20 just would not drain. It was driving me crazy until the nicest guys from Speedi Rooter solved my problem. They're good. They are reliable, professional and on time too !

Fast callback and I appreciated having an ETA. Ricky and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable. My toilet problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. They applied the discount from the newspaper, so that brought the cost down.

I called Brian based on his online ratings which were right on. Brian came out (on time) and jetted the mains on my 60 year old house. Brian did a video recording of the before and afters to show me what was done. The drains are once again flowing.

This is our third leak at our complex and lucky Emmanuel has been the on call person. He does a good job locating and fixing our pipe leaks. He cleans up the area he occupies and sweeps up the residue mess.

He is focuses on getting the job done efficiently and does not move slow so he can charge the customer more money.

I believe their pricing is a bit higher than other plumbers I have used but these past incidents we have had they have been able to resolve our issues.
