Charlie was WONDERFUL! I rent my guesthouse and normally if anything goes wrong, I can self diagnose. I happened to be out of town when there was a plumbing leak this weekend and a tight timeline for the guests. I called Charlie for the first time ever and he went to my house within two hours.
