My experience with BPI is excellent. I manage some properties and use BPI because of their responsiveness, honesty, reliability, and reasonable rates. A couple of years ago, I got the call that property mangers dread....On Christmas Eve, there was a massive leak in a condo. I called BPI and they sent out a plumber who was able to resolve the issue quickly and he fully explained the issues to my satisfaction. Then, I got the bill and it was VERY fair, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I can't say enough good things about BPI.

I had JC Plumbing, I called and scheduled a problem with Victor and had an appointment setup for this morning. He Called to let me know when was headed my way. It was not long before he was parked in front of my garage ready to do the work! He was very courteous and had lots of questions to find out what work needed to be done. I had a pinhole in a 3/4 copper pipe, he suggested I remove a little more than I had thought necessary, but when the work was don't I could see why he did the larger section. He also replaces a ball valve. The work was done and he was on the road to his next customer in good time. I was very glad I called JC Plumbing great job!

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
