I feel very fortunate that I called Bill Howe plumbing for a second quote on a piece that had broken in my shower. When Dave showed up he gave me hope that he could fix it for a reasonable cost and not the thousands of dollars the first plumber gave me. A small but unique piece broke and my shower was no longer functional. Due to the brand (a high end) and the age of the fixture it was difficult but Dave from Bill Howe came through. He never gave up, tracked down one of the parts and repaired the other. I am so happy, and I can say with certainty that from now on I am calling Bill Howe. They have earned my business for any future plumbing issues. Thank you!

We had a main line blockage due to roots, called a very well advertised company to come help with the problem. After 3 days 4 different people, cameras, cutters, power jetting and then being told they can't get through the blockage and we were looking at upwards of 20 thousand to get the line replaced because it had to be collapsed. Fortunately a family member was over at the time and she said she had a friend who did this and called him, I spoke with him and he was at my home within the hour to take a look at what was going on. We told him all the issues and he said he would take a look with his camera. He took a look then said can I use my cutter and try and if course I said yes. He proceeded to put his cutter the same one the other company had and couldn't get it past 4 feet...had it down and the line cut and cleared within the first 15 minutes. You have never seen happier people! Joe and his assistant were very professional and polite, but mostly Joe is very knowledgeable in his trade. I will always call Joe at Above and Beyond for all my future needs. Thank you Joe.

Charlie is the best. He goes the extra mile, is very professional and reasonable. He's done a lot of work for us from bathroom and kitchen sink repair and installation to drain cleaning and shower installation to washer and dryer hookup and installation with pipe and gas line repair. We've never had any problems with his service. We highly recommend Charlie for any work you may need done.

Worst customer service I have ever experience. Would not recommend working with them. The woman who answers the phone is not personable and will hang up on you. Awful person to have the voice of your business.
