I woke up to high water pressure in my home, I called and talked to dispatch (Cassandra?) who was very friendly and professional and made it very easy to schedule someone to replace my PRV.Chris Sullivan came out and he did and excellent job replacing my PRV. He came out ran some tests and found out that we had a collapsed sewer system. I told them to go ahead and do the work and they did a fantastic job. They had to dig up our front yard that we just had landscaping done but when they were finished you would never know they were ever digging in the front yard. Fernando and all of the workers were very polite and friendly. The process took several days but we were informed of that ahead of time.
