Courteous and professional technician - answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and explained everything that was to be done before he performed the work.My water heater was from 1994; corroded; the 'box' that it is housed in, was originally installed in my 1974 mobilehome and was quite dilapidated and the floor of it had weakened considerably.The technician, Brandon, did an excellent job!I desperately needed this * EXTENSIVE * work done in a timely manner, for a housing inspection due in two days and it is more than I could have hoped for!! Professional, beautiful and all cleaned up afterward.

Pipes were backed up Friday night and needed urgent plumbing help. He came to El Cajon at 7:30pm and was able to clear the pipes within 20 minutes. Worth the call any where in San Diego.

With a MAJOR issue to take care of and after having called out EVERYONE else, Brandon W. came out and was able to provide the much-needed reassurance all without compromising performance with affordability !! true to their word these guys were on site for a week and on the last day in an all-out effort to make it happen Perry's work hoses worked LATE into the night and completed the job AND remained within my budget constraints!!!
I was glad to share dinner with Simon, Ruben, and Alejandro!! I can certainly appreciate why other competitors reach out to Perry !!.....all this AND a new tankless water heater too!!!---Cameron and his assistant were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with the whole removal and custom installation. ---again ALL within my budget limitations !! Very rarely do I discover such an organization that's actually willing to take a genuine interest in helping to introduce a cost-effective affordable AND long-term solution!! Hands down Perry and his cowboys are my new go-to for life !!!
