They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Bill Howe plumbing has been awful. They've been servicing my building since I moved here 2 years ago. At first, we constantly had no hot water. Everytime Bill Howe came along, their solution was to shut off the water completely for 6 hours. I wish I was joking but in my first 6 months I was living here, Bill Howe was at our building working on hot water issues nearly every other week. One time a pipe burst in the garage and they repaired it and it burst AGAIN the following week. It has happened to me more than once that I'll be washing a load of clothes in the washer and Bill Howe comes along and shuts off the water for hours while my clothes sit their damp and soapy. They never give notice when they are going to turn off the water....I understand emergency water shut offs...but I doubt it's been an emergency every single time. Two days ago my master bathroom had no water. No water in the sink, no water in the shower and no water in the toilet. However, there's water in the kitchen and the other bathroom....so when a plumber (not Bill Howe) came out to look at the bathroom. After going to the unit below me and seeing if they have problems, the plumber came up to let me know what happened...the unit below me had a leak which flooded the unit below them, so Bill Howe shut the water off on all three floors...they just failed to loop me in. Sorry it was inconvenience for you to notify me of the issue.

Thank you so much for the service on our master bathroom! Not only is Lead & Oakum very professional, they are very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I hope and plan to use them whenever (and hopefully thats not too often with plumbing issues). I would like to eventually get a water filtration system installed and we had excellent advice from them on what to install.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

Over as well as Beyond did specifically that. We had a leak in our container hot water heater around 8pm during the night. While discussing yelp, they requested specific typical signs of dripping factors on the container. After describing to them and also taking images, they came by the following early morning early. They did not bill for a consultation like some other business, and also were detailed. Their pricing was very affordable, and also we wound up getting a tankless hot water heater installed the next day. They fully cleaned up after themselves, and also took the old storage tank heating unit with them leaving us with absolutely nothing except satisfied customers. Their manager came by a couple of days later on to examine the task, in addition to show us exactly how to do the yearly flushing of the system so we wouldn't need to pay the $175 a year for the upkeep.
