Best Complete System Replacement in Chula Vista CA

BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.

I had water/mold damage and had a remediation company come out to treat and dry out the structure. I needed someone to put my kitchen and bathroom back together. I called Dr. House and Oliver came out the same morning and gave me a quote and estimated time of repair. They started the next day.

They rebuilt and textured the removed drywall and reinstalled the kitchen cabinets. They replaced the loose toilet flange and retiled the bathroom and set a new vanity. I was most impressed when the new vanity did not fit and I authorized them to cut the vanity and I would lose use of a drawer.They refused and moved the plumbing in the wall. They even ran a snake through the existing drain before to make sure the sink worked for years to come. In the end they finished on time and cleaned up the mess after. Great job…Thanks!
