I called Bill Howe and asked for a technician after hours (it was 6pm), and they had one on the phone to me within 2 minutes of hanging up from the call center. By 6:45, Chris was at my door and ready to get to work. He did the repair in an hour and was friendly and knowledgeable. The repair went off without a hitch and we are completely satisfied with the service provided by both members of Bill Howe that we came into contact with.
