I started the process and design of my room addition w/full ADA bath almost a year ago. They walked me through the process and were very patient as I went back and forth with the city permit process. Chris was my assigned Project Manager at the beginning. He provided me a great cost estimate and was very attentive to my needs and my limited budget! He was very flexible and did his best to make my project affordable. During the remodel, the workers did a good job cleaning up and protecting my existing floors and walls. My remodel was completed yesterday and it looks great! I am excited and impressed on how it all turned out. The employees are great, hardworking and very responsible. Carlos (the Construction lead) is wonderful. He has great attention to detail and does great quality work. He is very knowledgeable and always explained to me what he and his workers were doing. He incorporated some very practical construction solutions that made my addition more efficient and spacious. So far, I have gotten to know the team very well. They are honest trustworthy people with a great work ethic. Although the last few weeks stretched out a bit longer than I would hope, the owner Jaime, has made up for the time lost by going over and above to make sure that my husband and I are happy. I know I was not an easy customer (I changed my design plan half ways through and asked a lot of questions), but their patience and willingness to please me was impressive. Because of this and more, I highly recommend this company!
