We were extremely happy with the service Ignacio and Jorge provided in repairing our main sewer line. There were 2 areas of root intrusion. One area required inserting a liner to repair the cracked pipe and the second area required them to replace the fitting where our sewer line connected to the main city line. In order to gain access required them to jack hammer our concrete slab since the cleanout access was not accessible. They were personable, thorough, meticulous, explained everything as they progressed, extremely careful, and were truly customer oriented! They're both a great asset to Bill Howe Plumbing.
