Goode plumbing is a very high quality plumbing service. The two plumbers they sent to my house were very competant, professional, respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves really well. No complaints at all about the service I received.The biggest problem is cost.Goode is much more expensive then i expected. First, it's $60 for them to quote something. That $60 got applied to my bill, no problem. Then it was $480 for them to cut a hole in my ceiling to investigate a leaking AC condensate drain. Then it was another $500 for them to fix the PVC drain pipe. It ended up taking the two guys about 4.5 hours to fix it at an overall cost of just under $1,100.Through the process, they told me how much it would cost, but there were no details as to how they came up with the cost and no negotiation on the fixed price cost. To me, that's a VERY VERY expensive fix, and I won't be using them again unless it's a big job that can be quoted with very clear scope of work. Otherwise, I'd caution anyone who is trying to save money.If you need an emergency pro plumber and don't care about cost, then these are your guys.
