The plumbers from Goode arrived on time, thoroughly evaluated the situation and provided competent advice. Fortunately, in this case, that advice was that no work was needed so I did not employ Goode for any repairs but I will definitely use them in the future.

They also billed us for work performed on 5/23/2012 (two hours of work 251 dollars) for rodding out a pipe which took less than ten minutes. I don't even think the plumber was present for 5 minutes.

When I contacted them via phone and email (3 times) they simply did not respond. The person who signed the report is named steve and there is no last name.

Steve is a complete liar and a crook; I think he spent to much time with his head in a toilet bowel.
