Yesterday they found that the new toilet I had, was cracked. They sold me a new toilet and installed for less than most charge for installation. I was pleased with their work, how they went to extra mile for me. They did a great clean up. I will be hiring them for my next repair or install job.

Called the main number, twice in one week and left a messages, then submitted request to contact me on their website the following week. Finally sent them an email after two weeks and have not heard from them at all. Obviously, they do not want my business.
