Our expansion tank leaked. I called his company at 6 am. By the time I called we had stopped the water. He came by 9 am, did not charge us an emergency fee. He told us what his hourly fee is and if it's just the expansion tank what that would be and that replacing it would include his fee. To be honest I thought he was going to rob us blind.
