Chris came by one day to assess our bathroom remodeling project; promised to come the next morning to do the work. He didn't respond all day to text messages or voice mail. He was a complete no-show for a project that was dependent upon having a plumber on the day Chris said he would come. We have never heard why he didn't let us know he wasn't coming. His irresponsibility caused our project to be delayed. We were very disappointed.

RB Hauchum was phenomenal! He came on time for the consultation and provided a thorough explanation and quote. We decided to hire the company to repair our flange and replace the wax ring on our toilet. RB was extremely professional and finished quickly and with quality work!
