Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Excellent service with a great low price. Called at 7am and they had an amazing plumber named Houston at my house by 9am. He was professional, clean, super sweet, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. A++++ service, fast, and affordable. They will be my plumbers from now on.

I had 3 HVAC companies come out to estimate a furnace and ductwork replacement and repair to my AC lines. Frederick and sons was by far the most professional of the bunch. He followed up and was responsive to our needs. The rew was a pleasure to work with. There estimate was competitive and there service first rate.
Final bill contained no surprises, what we paid was what was quoted.

Was called over by our warranty company about a leaking water heater, said he had worked with our warranty company many times in the past and was able to replace and install a new water heater (the current one was too far gone) in about an hour and a half. He was great, super nice, knowledgeable and worked quickly.

Called him in the last minute and he was right on it. Great value for the service and J is an incredibly nice guy! I would have him back to my house any time!

Mr Garrett came with his team Bob and Logan this morning. They took care of my problems very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If you are looking at this review, most likely you are looking for a plumber, you should call them now!

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

We have used Hondo's Plumbing to have our old water softener replaced as well as install a new hot water tank. He is incredibly kind, informative and helpful! We will continue to use Hondo's Plumbing whenever needed!
