Best Clogged Sink in Chandler AZ

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

Mark answered my emergency call and came earlier than time stated. Got leak stopped and water back on which was a blessing since my 86 year old father lives with me. Just disappointed that it’s going to take a week for them to get back out to finish but I’m sure they are short handed like most business these days.

Called numerous other companies regarding our drains backing into shower and bathtub. Many didn’t do sewer repair, several were no shows after setting appointments, some were a week out to get an appointment and a couple came charged me but didn’t know what they were doing. After a recommendation called Mr Rooter and they came out that day, diagnosed the problem and begin work the next day. All workers were courteous and polite and knew what they were doing. Although the problem was extensive they worked diligently to resolve the issue and repair the damage. Chris was especially great. There was a leakage in our main pipeline. We thought that this would lead to digging the yard and changing the entire pipeline. I called Blue Wolf plumbing. They pulled the new water lines through the old water lines. This way it saved us from having to tear up our yard and repair and replace landscaping. They just put a couple of holes to get to the water lines and that's it. And filled the holes back in when they're done and did the clean-up

I contacted Simply Better Plumbing and Drain needing urgent help as I had discovered a water leaking sound in my bathroom wall behind the vanity. SBPD (Tom) took my call and was very responsive and shared my sense of urgency. A team was dispatched same day and spent over 2 hrs troubleshooting the sound in an attempt to avoid deconstruction in the bathroom. When it was determined that the sound must certainly be a leak, SBPD (Steve) used the least invasive method (camera) to locate the leak. From that point SBPD demonstrated utmost competence and professionalism in explaining the plan for repair and helping to coordinate 3rd party water remediation. The repair required jack hammering my floor slab to access the punctured water line. All parts of the repair effort were executed as planned without incident. In addition, SBPD worked with me to minimize my costs and in the end were VERY reasonable in their charges. I would particularly like to pay special tribute to Steve for his lead in and detailed attention to the technical requirements and to the needs of an anxious customer. Dino was also a key member of the SBPD team in the final repair phase.
